Prior to joining the real estate industry, Esmond served as an Air Warfare Officer in the RSAF, and handled many of the organisation's communications. The 5 years stint in the military service helped sharpened his ability to work under a tight timeline, providing the best portrayal angle through concerted efforts in communication tools and materials, cultivating in him a deep sense of responsibility and pride towards his work, and nurtured a strong leadership mindset in leading his growing team.
